Estimated processing and delivery

Our current estimates are 1–2 business days for order processing, followed by 5–7 business days for shipping. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Timing can vary by product, destination, carrier, and customs processing. Weekends and public holidays may affect these time frames.

Shipping charges and destinations

Available delivery options and shipping charges are shown at checkout after you enter your address. Do not assume that free or expedited shipping is available unless it is shown for your order.

Tracking and delays

Check your order confirmation and any shipping updates for order-status and tracking information. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created.

If your order has passed the estimated delivery window or you need help with an address correction, email localprofilefix@gmail.com with your order number. Address changes depend on whether the order has already been processed.
