30-day return requests

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, with tags attached where applicable, and in their original packaging.

How to request a return

Email localprofilefix@gmail.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

Return-shipping arrangements and any applicable charges will be confirmed with you before you send the item. Do not send returns to an address shown on a parcel without first confirming it with us.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Where possible, include a photograph of the item and packaging so we can review it.

Refunds and exchanges

We will confirm the outcome of your return or exchange request by email. Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider.
